Developing The Strategy
The approach to determine the way-ahead for Precision’s new branding identity was a direct and thorough process. Michael Bigos and his colleague, Marketing Specialist, Michelle Lynch conducted interviews and meetings with Precision’s CEO, engineers, leadership, sales leads, and workforce within varied departments to understand the internal and external experiences of the company. With this information competitive and brand audits were conducted and the new brand identity was both designed and communicated with clarity, cohesion, and was implemented into online and offline mediums.
Understanding The Market
To understand the needs of these customers, unique user profiles were created to represent the range of needs across the industry. “Keeping you connected” communicates the areas of the industry (Safety, Material-spend, and Time Management) which play crucial roles in the industries ability to determine their preferred vendor(s) for couplings and connections. Communicating these strengths painted a clear picture of Precision’s ability to to deliver true on these promises to the demographics, psychographics, needs and wants of their customers.
